Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Oban. Nicely presented place with friendly efficient and extremely helpful stuff who know what customer service really is, appreciated it. The location was nice and perfect, at a short distance from ancient ruins.

It was reasonably clean, the staff was friendly efficient and extremely helpful, plus the service was efficient. It was in a central setting on seafront.

Tastefully decorated room with a lounge, coffee, and a tablet; and with old fashioned decor. Panoramic view of the sea and islands and varied breakfast.

Brilliant food for all meals. Comfortable beds, modern rooms and quite new bath. Magnificent location adjacent to the Oban waterfront, the pier as well as fresh cooked fish further down and a quaint in house restaurant.

Everything was very good, very friendly staff, superb views of the bay. The location couldn't be more magnificent and perfect very close to were I was working beautiful area overlooking the sea.

Perfect location just off the lounge and restaurant areas, the castle and city centre, and restaurant in a very comfortable area.

Had a really good stay which cost me £ 93 for a night. The location was excellant and perfect, a short walk to a lake and a park. In addition, it was a short walk to a church and a castle.

Staff were amazingly nice and always pleasant at any hour!!

We ate at a nice restaurant with poorly prepared food at inflated prices and a lifeless serving staff. Central location was a plus. There were the main shopping centre and supermarkets around the hotel.

Fantastic place, pet-friendly room. A kettle and a tablet in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Nice hot breakfast with variety of fab food. Generally good service with parking close to hotel. The fast check-in process too. Good location in the shopping area, very close to a local restaurant as well as Oban centre. Besides, easy access to Corran Halls.

We greatly enjoyed the rich breakfast served for vegetarians. Our room with large beds was well-equipped with comfortable beds.

The location was magnificent and perfect, on the Oban esplanade with easy access to shops and the main shopping centre. Explored Oban Marina, that is located within easy walking distance of the hotel.

There was no lift.

The room itself was updated and neat with a jacuzzi bath, large bed, nice bathrooms as advertised. The property's location was great, near Oban harbour. Plus, we stayed not very far from Oban Phoenix Cinema.

Location: the hotel was right by the centre of the town, the sea side, which was mainly obstructed by garbage bins and unappealing surrounding and a ferry to mull for a day trip or one of the other islands.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The hotel is in a favourable and stunning location in the restaurant I found to be surly.

It was an elegant building, the rooms were nicely furnished and brand-new. Enjoyed the sea view. The location was absolutely perfect a short walk to a church and a castle.
